Policies

There are no room charges for two children age 4 and younger occupying the same room as adults. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Pets not allowed

Check-in time is 3 PM

Check-out time is Noon
Springbreakers pay a security deposit of $100.00 per person and is refundable at end of stay provided that there are no damages.

Rooms -
All rooms are air-conditioned with television, telephone, balcony and a private bathroom. Daily maid service is provided. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and some rooms have mini-fridges or kitchenettes, available on request and for an additional fee. Nettie's has rooms on two floors - but no elevator - so if stairs are an issue, ask for a room on the ground floor.
